乗車場所は強羅駅の裏手、地下道をくぐった先、近隣のホテルと共通の待合所でございます。

また、出発時間までにお声がけがない場合、出発いたしますのでご注意ください。
We operate a shuttle service connecting Hakone Tozan Railway's Gora Station and our hotel.
The boarding location is the shared waiting area behind Gora Station, beyond the underground passageway, which is also used by nearby hotels.
Please approach our staff wearing our hotel logo.
Please note that the shuttle will depart if no one has approached us by the scheduled departure time.
